It was my first experience with Parcelex and overall a good one.
The person collecting the parcel got confused and wanted to collect in the morning and got angry at me when i missed his phone call when it was clearly said afternoon. Then i was surprised because after putting all the details with my address and destination etc... i had to fill the AWB manually again when he came to pick up (somehow i had expected he would come with a pre-printed one). The tracking was not clear on the company website but i asked parcelex and i got a very prompt answer and all was delivered perfectly in due time!
So maybe a couple of things to improve but will definitely use Parcelex from now on.

Suggestion: in mumbai the co-ordinator should have called up the recipient before delivering it. Luckily my family was at home so the delivery smooth.

I Request for collection and send it to Philippines after 4 days they received already even there is long weekend holiday here in UAE.

I had a 3.5 kg box to send from Dubai to UK. Visited the usual big name courier counter, got an astronomical quote, and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. 30 minutes wasted. Before abandoning the idea to ship, did some internet searching, and found parcelex. Got a quick, easy and transparent quote. Booked in the afternoon, they came around and picked it up only a few hours later and at the EXACT time they said they would and it was all delivered and completed within 48 hours. Yes less than 48 hours from Dubai to a small town in the UK! They kept me updated by email and online all along. Even the receiver got a text a couple of hours after it was picked up from me saying that a parcel was on the way to them and the expected delivery date. With the tracking number they provided me I could follow all details. FANTASTIC experience.
