Unfortunately, it is quite hot in UAE in summer and shipments are not kept in temperature controlled areas nor are they transported in temperature controlled vehicles.However, please open an incident for damages using your order numer and email and we will look into the matter.

Great service. My friend has to send some important documents and ParcelEx worked even better than any other brand that you can find in the malls. It took a while to be delivered, but that was beacuse we had some vacation days in the UAE.
I wanted to do a movement to the UAE from Switzerland, but the prices I got from all the agencies were ridiculous expensive, however I found ParcelEx just using some Internet search engines. First thing I thought, well.. it's not possible they have this price, but I was brave and went ahead. We sent 15 boxes!! yes 15!!! The helped us with the whole process, especially with the customs paperwork and we almost had no problems, just the typical ones of such a big delivery. I would not give 5 stars because that means perfect service and it was not perfect, but I would say quite satisfactory. I definitely recommend ParcelEx for any kind of internal shipping from/to the UAE.

I have looked in to the matter and it seems there was an issue on departure as was returned to our warehouse and sent again. Also, shipment has coincided with Easter holidays in Australia which made the transit time longer than usual as Friday and Monday there were no deliveries in Australia. Under normal circumstances, it would have been delivered last week. I´m sorry for inconvenience caused.

It was my first experience with Parcelex and overall a good one.
The person collecting the parcel got confused and wanted to collect in the morning and got angry at me when i missed his phone call when it was clearly said afternoon. Then i was surprised because after putting all the details with my address and destination etc... i had to fill the AWB manually again when he came to pick up (somehow i had expected he would come with a pre-printed one). The tracking was not clear on the company website but i asked parcelex and i got a very prompt answer and all was delivered perfectly in due time!
So maybe a couple of things to improve but will definitely use Parcelex from now on.

I Request for collection and send it to Philippines after 4 days they received already even there is long weekend holiday here in UAE.

I had a 3.5 kg box to send from Dubai to UK. Visited the usual big name courier counter, got an astronomical quote, and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. 30 minutes wasted. Before abandoning the idea to ship, did some internet searching, and found parcelex. Got a quick, easy and transparent quote. Booked in the afternoon, they came around and picked it up only a few hours later and at the EXACT time they said they would and it was all delivered and completed within 48 hours. Yes less than 48 hours from Dubai to a small town in the UK! They kept me updated by email and online all along. Even the receiver got a text a couple of hours after it was picked up from me saying that a parcel was on the way to them and the expected delivery date. With the tracking number they provided me I could follow all details. FANTASTIC experience.
